assetbias is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period.
3. Account
When you create an account, we process your email address, a hashed password, your favorites, alert settings, language, subscription status and, if used, the invite code you redeemed. This is necessary to provide the service (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We send transactional emails (confirmation, password reset, cancellation confirmation) from noreply@assetbias.com. Your data is stored as long as your account exists; you can delete your account at any time in your account settings, which deletes your data immediately, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and do not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
5. Telegram

Messages are delivered via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC), which may process data outside the EU; Telegram's privacy policy applies. You can disconnect Telegram at any time in your account or by sending /stop to the bot.
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions will be processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland), which may act as reseller. Payment data is entered directly with Stripe; we only receive your customer and subscription status. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). This section applies once payments are live.
